Awful clinic!! Took my cat there a few years ago because she needed dental surgery. I was told that before he performed the surgery i need to pay well over $300 for blood work. I did only to learn he did the surgery before said blood work results were back... So it obviously was not a NEEDED ridiculously expensive test before her surgery which was by itself over $500!
Today I tried to give him a chance again... Ultimately charged me $50 for giving me price quotes on another $400 blood work panel for a diagnosis. He barely looked at her... Just threw huge dollar amounts at me and then charged $50 for absolutely nothing! The clinic was filthy and all you smell is cat piss. Our appointment was at 4... I arrived at 3:50 and we sat there until 4:45 before even being acknowledged by a staff member.
AVOID THIS VET THEY ARE NOT A PET HOSPITAL. The doctor is nearing retirement, doesn't want to fix his equipment and juices you for whatever he can. He doesn't do diagnosis on animals just pushes antibiotics and blood work while you can barely understand him and his very nice assistant has to translate for him. Just retire or sell the practice.
EDIT: everything works? He told me over the phone his X ray machine is 35k to fix and he has NO intention on doing so. You are NOT an animal HOSPITAL period point blank
Dr. And Assistant are very gentle and caring. Prices are reasonable in thus recession we are living in.
I have been going to him for 3 years. For my three-year-old Pomsky. He got fleas from new cats that we got. And I called was told that he would work with me and that he needed to be seen. Office visit $50. Not including the medicine that I needed once seen. Charged $250 and told me to come back when I have the payment. I came back 2 days later. Got the medicine. It has been 2 weeks I called, the medicine isn't working could you prescribe me a stronger antibiotic They said we are refusing to see you due to our last interaction. Now, my dog is suffering because they lied to me.
This is the worst vet in the entire world. Do not trust your animals with this man.
Your job is to treat animals not abuse your clients, and let animals suffer because of your mistreatment or misdiagnosis for all I know.
I had to get my cat Simba fixed fast, I called and spoke to Debbie, who was so nice and was able to get me in on the Thursday. The doc & Debbie also shaved his tail down which I found out was much needed. They are nicest people and the clinic was spotless. If you’re need of a vet clinic I highly recommend them.
I came in as an emergency and my cat was taken care of almost immediately. Dr was very kind and thorough.
Took a friend with her pet. Found to be very clean. Staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. They were also very compassionate to the pet as well as the owner.
One of my cats took a turn for the worst on a Friday night. I knew that time was coming for quite awhile. My vet's office told me Saturday morning that it would be the end of next week after I explained the situation and knew what we needed. I called a few places and they could get me in on emergency appt for around $800...I waited for 10:00 for Able to open and woman who answered the phone said I could come in 45 minutes!
Even though they were shorthanded that morning, all the staff and the vet was more compassionate than any vet I've been to and I'm 62 and have always had animals. So I'm giving them my business for my other 5 cats!
